Oh boy! 💪😂 If you're looking for a good butt kicking, want to get stronger, and discover core muscles you didn't even know existed, holy smokes, you've come to the right place! Sharstin is absolutely phenomenal! She has an incredible way of making you feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease, while still pushing you to your limits in the best possible way. She had me shaking, sweating, and questioning the existence of muscles I didn't even know I had! 😂 And she definitely wasn't about to let me slack off! What I really appreciated was how attentive she was to my form, making sure I was doing everything correctly while still challenging me to push myself. You can tell she genuinely knows her stuff and loves what she does!
And the venue? Just WOW! I honestly don't know how she manages to find and get into some of these incredible locations! I've heard about some of the other places she holds her classes, and it's pretty amazing. The setting was so unique and absolutely added to the entire experience. Such a cool concept and something that really sets her apart! I'm convinced Sharstin is part Pilates instructor, part gladiator! 😂 If you enjoy a good challenge and love that feeling of knowing you REALLY worked for it, she definitely delivers! Just an incredible experience all around. I left shaking, sweating, a little humbled, and absolutely loving it! Can't say enough good things about Sharstin and the entire experience. If you can find an opening in one of her classes, I'd highly recommend grabbing it! You won't regret it! 🙌
